SHIPPING/PROCESSING

When can I expect my order?

The order processing time may take 3-7 business days to complete. From there, the shipping time is added on. (Please note the order processing time is not included in shipping times.) If you need the order by a certain date, please message us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Please note all purchases are final but we want to make sure you are satisfied with our product.
If for some reason there is a defect in the item or if the fit isn't right, please let us know within 14 days of purchase. We would be happy to exchange it for an equally priced item or offer store credit*.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, washed or used.
Henna / jagua cones, skincare & hair tie bracelets are not able to be returned.

*an email or text receipt must be shown for an exchange or store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

 

 

ARE ITEMS TRUE TO SIZE?

Please refer to the size chart & description in each of the listings for proper fit. Most items are true to size but certain styles are meant to be flowy, fitted or cropped.
